Phase 1 (Months 1-12)
Civil Works & Facilities Engineering
Constructing the primary campus infrastructure, focusing on massive sub-fab utilities, water treatment plants, and power substations at the Haringhata Industrial Park Nadia.
Phase 2 (Months 10-14)
Backend SMT Commissioning
Rapid commissioning of Building 3 (SMT / PCBA). Fast-tracking cash flow generation through initial hardware assembly lines.
Phase 3 (Months 14-24)
Tool Move-in & Cleanroom Qualification
Installing refurbished ASML ArF/KrF scanners and deposition tools into Buildings 1 and 2, achieving strict cleanroom cascading and particle control.
Phase 4 (Months 25-36)
Initial Silicon & Volume Production
Running the first test wafers, qualifying the 45nm-180nm process nodes, and scaling up to break-even capacity by the end of Year 4.
