INDNIX Technology Limited is established with the singular purpose of building India's most comprehensive integrated semiconductor manufacturing park in West Bengal. The company's proposed Mega-Fab at Vidyasagar Industrial Park, Haringhata, Nadia will encompass:
- A 28nm / 45nm Logic and 130nm / 180nm BCD Silicon Foundry with a targeted 70,000 WSPM capacity
- A dedicated III-V Compound Semiconductor and MEMS cleanroom facility
- An Advanced Packaging and SMT Backend for finished hardware production
- A Tier-4 AI Data Centre Park to support the digital ecosystem
Alignment with India's Semiconductor Mission
The project is structured to leverage the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) framework, which provides 50% pari-passu CapEx support. With India's "Semicon 2.0" program now expanding the domestic supply chain across design, materials, and advanced packaging, INDNIX is strategically positioned to become a foundational pillar of India's sovereign semiconductor ecosystem.

What's Next
With formal incorporation complete, INDNIX is actively:
- Engaging with the West Bengal Government (IT&E Department and WBHIDCO) on land allocation and infrastructure support
- Engaging with Central Government bodies under the India Semiconductor Mission for CapEx subsidy approval
- Building the leadership and technical team for the Mega-Fab project
