1. Building 1 — Silicon Foundry: 130nm/180nm BCD and 28nm/45nm Logic process nodes
2. Building 2 — Compound Semiconductor & MEMS Fab: GaAs, InP, SiGe, and Sensor Cavities
3. Building 3 — Advanced Packaging & SMT: Backend assembly for automotive and industrial OEMs
4. Building 4 — AI Data Centre Park: Tier-4 compute infrastructure co-located on campus
