INDNIX Technology is committed to strict compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of the Republic of India and other jurisdictions where we conduct business. As a manufacturer of advanced semiconductor technologies, we recognize the critical importance of preventing the unauthorized transfer of dual-use and defense-related items.

Our products and technologies are subject to India's Foreign Trade Policy regarding Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and Technologies (SCOMET). We maintain a rigorous internal compliance program to ensure that no SCOMET-listed items are exported without the required authorization from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) or the Department of Defense Production (DDP).

For technologies and components originating from the United States, INDNIX fully complies with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) administered by the U.S. Department of State. We verify end-user and end-use statements for all restricted shipments.
