Finalized architectural blueprints for ISO Class 3/4 cleanrooms and initiated procurement of major lithography and deposition tools.
ISM Approval & Partnership Agreements
Strategic alignment with the India Semiconductor Mission and signing of multi-part Technology Transfer Agreements (TTAs) for foundry PDKs.
Equipment Hook-Up & Initial Silicon
Target timeline for completing tool installation, gas line hook-ups, and running the first test wafers through the 180nm baseline process.
Full Scale Production & 28nm Qualification
Ramping up commercial production across Assembly, RF, and Power divisions, while qualifying the advanced 28nm logic node.
